Bouncbackability: How Do You Respond to Setbacks?

Progress is not determined by the presence or absence of setbacks. It is determined by how you respond.

I bloody loved football in the 00’s!

And I remember one sentence so clearly to this day.

A manager (Iain Dowie), was explaining how his team came from behind to win….

‘it was our bouncebackability and our spirit’

What a word!

And this is such an important skill if you’re working on your diet.

Cos, believe me, there will ALWAYS be setbacks!

🍻  Just last week my client Lucy went to a civil family gathering and ended up in a casino at 3 AM.

🥘  Liam left his lunch prep at home so had to grab a Maccies

🍫 And Sophie accidentally ate a family block of chocolate.

This might surprise you, but I don’t see these as a problem.

IF….we nail the response.

Fortunately, we don’t just leave that to chance.

Within the PNC Programme, we identify your most common barriers.

I.e. the situations that typically trip you up.

And then we create action plans, should they crop up.

Individualised strategies to minimise the damage and ensure you get back to normal ASAP.

So, if you’re fed up of relying on willpower.

If you’re sick of getting derailed by anything that doesn’t quite go to plan.

This is a great chance to get to know each other.

We’ll discuss your goals, situation, and make sure I’m the right person to help you.

Obviously I’m biased, but I definitely reckon it’s worth a go!

Cheers,

Sean
